Terms and Conditions Loyalty Plan

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before engaging in the ROTOR Loyalty Plan (the “Service”) operated by ROTOR Componentes Tecnológicos S.L. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your eligibility for and use of the ROTOR Loyalty Plan is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who use the Service.

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not use the Service.

Duration

The duration period of the Service shall last until supplies are exhausted. In the instance that supplies are exhausted, we will communicate the conclusion of the Service via available communication channels.

Conditions of the promotion

If you currently possess a ROTOR Power, POWER LT, and/or POWER LT-R power meter, you may return it to your participating ROTOR retailer in exchange for either an INpower or 2INpower power meter + corresponding cost associated with the Service. If you wish to purchase any of the products made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you will be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your eligible power meter (ROTOR Power, POWER LT, and/or POWER LT-R).

How to participate in the promotion

Current owners of ROTOR Power, POWER LT, and/or POWER LT-R should bring their power meter to a participating ROTOR retailer (http://rotorbike.com/catalog/default/where-to-buy/). In exchange for one of the models listed above, customer can then purchase an INpower or 2INpower power meter for the purchase price in the MSRP column below that corresponds with the power meter that is getting returned.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

In any case, the consent may be revoked by sending an email to unsubscribeme@rotorbike.com (this may involve terminating the relationship between company and/or supplier).
ROTOR COMPONENTES TECNOLÓGICOS, S.L., has taken the measures necessary to maintain the required level of security, depending on the nature of the personal data and the circumstances regarding treatment of such data, in order to avoid, as much as possible through technical measures, the alteration, loss, or unauthorized access to data.

The moment that a relationship is established between the CUSTOMER AND/OR SUPPLIER and ROTOR COMPONENTES TECNOLÓGICOS, S.L., the collection of some data will be required for the provision of services. Likewise, additional information to be given voluntarily may be solicited for the purposes of information and marketing services. If there are blank fields to be completed by the user, they will be used to obtain information to improve service or products; data revealing ideology, union affiliation, religion, beliefs, health, racial origin or sexual preference will not be solicited.

In order for the information contained in our files to be current and free of errors, we ask our customers and users to inform us at their earliest convenience, changes and corrections to their personal data. The data provided by the user will be deemed accurate, otherwise it must communicated that data is inaccurate or incomplete so that data can be updated.

The user gives his/her consent so that ROTOR COMPONENTES TECNOLÓGICOS, S.L. can make use of personal information (captured from navigating the Internet) to transmit (via browser or software) third-party advertising (according to the websites visited) that may be useful in relation to the services solicited from ROTOR COMPONENTES TECNOLÓGICOS, S.L.
In the event that the services are to be used by minors, prior consent by parents or guardians must be given, with regard to the collection and processing of personal data, according to current legislation governing data protection.

The user has the power to exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of data. Personal data will be treated with absolute confidentiality, and will be used only for stated purposes and only with the expressed consent of the user.

All private communications between ROTOR COMPONENTES TECNOLÓGICOS, S.L. and their CUSTOMERS AND/OR SUPPLIERS will be considered confidential, and will commit ROTOR COMPONENTES TECNOLÓGICOS, S.L. to secrecy, data about a person’s character, considering it a duty to protect data and take all necessary measures to prevent the alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Security Measures. In addition, data will also be subjected to the condition of confidentiality of any information that the parties exchange among themselves, that these agreements will be of such nature, or simply be seen to contain such nature. Data visualization via Internet does not constitute a shortcut, unless through express consent of its owner for each and every occasion.

ROTOR COMPONENTES TECNOLÓGICOS, S.L. uses cookies found in the user’s navigation habits and generates data transfer files whose information is anonymous, and whose sole purpose is to improve services to users and collect statistical information about site usage.

ROTOR COMPONENTES TECNOLÓGICOS, S.L., in accordance with the Services Information Society and Electronic Commerce Law 34/2002 of July 11, conveys wide acceptance of this law and includes among these services, the provision of information by such means.
