ROTOR is supported by the world's best athletes and teams in 2022

ROTOR Bike Components is proud to present its sponsored teams and athletes for 2022. This year ROTOR has firmly comitted to renewing its support of the best professional athletes and teams in the world, both in road and mountain biking, as well as in triathlon.

ROTOR has been strongly linked to professional sport since its founding. ROTOR products and technological innovations have accompanied teams and athletes all over the world and have helped them achieve success and victories in the most prestigious competitions, from Grand Tours and World Championship to the Olympic Games.

Road Cycling

Israel - Premier Tech Team is ROTOR´S flagship team in the UCI World Team category for 2022. Founded in Israel in 2014, the team has evolved in recent years to become a team of note in the international peloton. Cyclists such as Chris Froome, Jakob Fuglsang and Giacomo Nizzolo will be equipped with ROTOR´s ALDHU Carbon components, INspider power meter, and ROTOR chainrings.

ROTOR will also be supporting team Bingoal Pauwel Sauces WB (UCI PRO Team), Bizkaia-Durango and DNA 4K Cycling Team both in UCI Women Continental category.

In addition, in the UCI Continental category, we must highlight ROTOR´s support for Israel Cycling Academy and Bingoal WB Development Team as well as the renewal of our commitment to Team Qhubeka in that category and Team Vorarlberg.

Triathlon

Triathlon is the discipline in which our products have historically gained the greatest following among the world´s best triathletes.

Undoubtedly, 2022 will go down in history for recruiting Javier Gómez Noya to the ROTOR family. There is little we can say about Javier that´s not already known. As one of the best athletes in the history of Spanish sport, Javier became the long-distance world champion in 2019. He is the winner of five ITU world championships (between 2008 and 2015), and he wo the silver medal at the London Olympics in 2012 For 2022, Javier will be supported by ROTOR in his bid for the long-distance title- welcome to the ROTOR family, Javier!

Mario Mola is another of ROTOR´s big stars in the world of triathlon. Mario is a longtime ROTOR influencer, as he has been a regular user of our products for years. His track record is impressive: tree-time ITU World Champion (2016,2017, and 2018), and winner of five World Triathlon Series events in 2018 and 2019. Mola is undoubtedly a VIP member of our ranks.

Germany´s Anne Haug is another big name. The 2019 Ironman World Champion, Haugs´s track record includes several victories in IM, IM 70.3, and Challenge circuit events.

It´s challenging to name all the triathletes who will be supported by ROTOR, but we´ll call out a few here: David McNamee, Matt Trautman, Saleta Castro, Pablo Dapena, Casper Stornes, Susie Cheetham... They headline a long list of triathletes who will rely on ROTOR for both training and racing.

We must also highlight the collaboration between World Triathlon and ROTOR this year. ROTOR will be an Official Wolrd Triathlon Development Partner and will supply ROTOR power meter and technical support to the athletes of the World Triathlon Development program.

MTB

During the last few years, ROTOR has been able to develop innovative products for mountain biking, which have attracted both riders and teams in search of excellence for dialing in their bikes.

Team CST PostNL Bafang is proof of this. 2022 will see a continuation of its collaboration with ROTOR at World Cup events and at UCI championships. ROTOR will also count with the new Cycling Friendly VAS Team and individual athletes, like Rok Naglič and Ismael Esteban as part of its family.

Ambassadors

ROTOR will have a cast of ambassadors in different disciplines such as Chris Tonge, Rémy Metallier and Pol Tarrés.
