Our Universal Tooth chainrings and their benefits
Standardizing tooth design
At ROTOR we know that the cycling industry in general is in a constant struggle to look for standards that simplify the use of technology. The great and continous technological improvements in all areas make it not always easy to find solutions. Even so, at ROTOR we have proposed to simplify our ranges, and not only that, but to offer you new technologies that help you choose the components of your transmission.
This is the Universal Tooth
The Universal Tooth is a new tooth for our range of MTB chainrings, both round and Q RINGS, which makes them compatible with all Shimano® and SRAM® 11 and 12 speeds groupsets. Yes, you read that right. If you fit a ROTOR MTB chainring, round and oval with Q RINGS technology, you will only have to worry about fitting it to your bike. We have made it 100% compatible for you.
We are proud to be the first brand on the market, to present a pioneering product in terms of compatibility, something that we have always had in mind, in order to make the assembly of groupsets to your bike easier, regardless of the brand you use. Or the number of gears on your Shimano® or SRAM® drivetrain.
And also compatible with chains
Our Universal Tooth chainring is not only 100% compatible with all Shimano® and SRAM® 11 and 12 speeds MTB gropusets, but is also 100% compatible with Shimano®11 and 12 speeds, KMC® and SRAM® Eagle® MTB chains.
