The goal was to create the most versatile chainrings on the market, compatible with both muscle bikes and electric bikes. At the same time, it had to be compatible with 12 and 11-speed groupsets. But it also had to encompass the greatest compatibility with cranks and power meters. 

With this goal in mind, the ROTOR R&D team set to work, succeeding in developing a chainring that fulfilled all the previous premised. A chainring compatible with Shimano® 2×12 and 2×11 drivetrains. It was also fully compatible with ROTOR cranksets and Shimano® cranks, as well as with their respective power meters. 

The main new features of these chainrings are the new optimized toothing, which offers fast and precise shifting in any type of situation. 

Redesigned up and down ramps to ensure perfect shifting, even with electric bikes. Semi-Aero design improves airflow, reducing drag and turbulence. New architecture created from CNC-machined 7075- T6 aluminum for increased chainring structural rigidity.
