How to Start Training with a Power Meter
If you've never trained with power before, here's a basic guide to get started:

1. Perform an FTP Test (Functional Threshold Power): This test allows you to determine your functional threshold power, which is the maximum power you can sustain for one hour. Based on this data, you can define your training zones.

2. Define Your Power Zones: Zones are generally divided into 7 ranges, from Z1 (recovery) to Z7 (sprint). Each zone has a different physiological goal: improving endurance, increasing VO2max, working on threshold, etc.
