ROTOR COMPONENTES TECNOLÓGICOS S.L., hereinafter RESPONSIBLE, is the Responsible for the processing of the User's personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

ROTOR Power App

We collect the following types of information from and about you:

  • Personal Information: This includes your name, email address, and other information that you voluntarily provide to us.
  • Device Information: This includes your device type, operating system, and other technical information about your device.
  • Usage Information: This includes information about how you use the App, such as the features you use, the content you view, and the actions you take.
  • Location Information: If you enable location services, we may collect your precise or approximate location information during the training sessions even when the app is closed or not in use.

Data conservation criteria: data will be retained as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the end purpose of the treatment of personal data, and when it is no longer necessary for that purpose, the data will be deleted with adequate security measures to guarantee either the pseudonymization of the data or their total destruction.

Communication of the data: the data will be communicated to subsidiaries of the Group

Device permissions for Personal Data access
