Summary

The exclusive ROTOR 1x13 groupset gives you seamless gear shifting with a sequential gear range for all cycling conditions. Providing the perfect balancebetween lightness, precision and durability.

1x13’s single chainring hydraulic system is a lightweight, aerodynamic and reliable solution so you can focus your pedaling rhythm as the slope of the road requires. Developed for Road, Gravel and Cyclocross, ROTOR 1x13 offers you a choice of chainring and cassette sizing combinations for more range at high speeds, more range at low cadences and perfect sequencing of gears for every situation.

    Beauty in simplicity

Forget the headache of front chainring shifting and focus
    on your natural pedalling rhythm.

Data driven gear range and sequencing

True-Cadence technology with a wide selection of gearing
choices to match your cycling needs.

    Lightweight

With less components on board, ROTOR 1x13 gives you a super light ride for the steepest of challenges.

    Reliability

ride doesn’t finish where the tarmac ends.

1X13 Triathlon TT gear set Aero shift lever and rear derailleur consisting of: 1xRear derailleur 1x13 for Road/Gravel, MTB or Tria 1x ROTOR Aerobar shift lever for TT and Triathlon bikes 3mm hydraulic line with volume adjuster, filled with Magura mineral oil. The 1x13 is designed as a 1x circuit for 12- or 13-speed The small 3mm diameter makes routing easier on frames with internal cables or tight radii and is also compatible with DI2 frames. Ideal for tricky cable routing on aero frames. Thanks to the closed hydraulic system with mineral oil, the circuit requires extremely low maintenance after installation. The 1x13 rear derailleur is like a modular system and is compatible with the Road Gravel, MTB and Tria shift levers. In addition, the rear derailleur can be combined with both 12-speed and 13-speed cassettes. The special feature of the 1x13 group is the rear derailleur as a central component, where the gears are also located. This enables particularly precise shifting and easy adjustment. (No compensation of the cable tension necessary!) Can also be used with cassettes from 10-36 up to 10-52 teeth and with oval or round 1x chainrings from 38-54T (Road /Gravel). Also compatible with the new Inspider and the ROTOR Aero range and new cranks and aero chainrings. Limited group (numbered 1 of 50) in special color black only available in two different versions as a complete kit with ROTOR Aero crank and chainrings, with or without Inspider power meter. The 1x13 Triathlon is based on the revolutionary hydraulic ROTOR 1x13, which is already available as a modular, configurable set for road bikes/gravel and MTB. The technical advantages of a 1x drive include: - Ease of use, no need to think about it or switch things off under the stress of the competition - Shifting under load is easier - No shifting problems on the front derailleur - No risk of chain loss due to misalignment or impacts/bumps (Chain is held by the narrow wide profile of the chainring teeth and the higher chain tension of the 1x rear derailleur with "clutch".) Aerodynamic advantages: - No derailleur - uninterrupted air flow - More flexible frame design becomes possible (better aerodynamics through freer shape design) - More flexible frame design in the bottom bracket area is also important for wheels with disc brakes and wider tires - The larger 1x rear derailleur with the larger pinion block is located further "back" in the "slipstream" of the rider's foot/leg The special features of the 1x13 triathlon: - Low maintenance due to closed hydraulic system - 13 gears are very close to the real 14 gears of a 2x11 without duplication - Very fine gear jumps through 5 pinions with 1x jumps on the small pinions of the cassettes - Wide bandwidth (similar to 2x11) with up to 520% unfolding (10-52Z) - Gearshift and rear derailleur can be used simultaneously for 1x12 and/or 1x13. (Changeover in the blink of an eye with a screw! (1x12 compatible with the usual Shimano HG freewheel) The ROTOR 1x13 gear system also allows you to mount different cassette sizes without having to change the chain, as the ROTOR rear derailleur compensates for the difference. (e.g. 13 speed: 10-36; 10-39 or 10-46Z or 12 speed: 11-36, 11-39 or 11-46 teeth) Attention: for the 10-52 or 11-52 Z version the chain length must be adjusted! There is the group: With power meter or modular ALDHU crank in 7 crank arm lengths with oval or round 1x DM chainrings from 38-54Z or with round or oval 110x4 1x Aero chainrings from 40-54Z with 4 different 13-compartment or 12-compartment cassettes: 10-36, 10-39, 10-46 or 10-52Z 11-36, 11-39, 11-46, or 11-52Z with ROTOR or Profile Carbon 13 speed LRS 1x12 group without LRS
