When will my order be dispatched?
Our goal is to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation, although this time may be extended during periods of high demand.
How Do I Track My Order?
All our orders are shipped via tracked delivery services. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details from the courier company. Please wait for the package to be scanned on the courier's network before tracking is activated. Once scanned, you will be able to see the latest updates on your order.

What should I do if there is an issue with my order upon delivery?
We work closely with our carriers to ensure that all orders arrive in perfect condition.
