The company ROTOR COMPONENTES TECNOLÓGICOS S.L., with registered office at Calle Miño, 14, 28864 Ajalvir, Madrid, and Tax Identification Number B81484552 (hereinafter, ‘ROTOR’), organises this giveaway in accordance with the following rules.

• Scope: Worldwide, exclusively for purchases made on the official website www.rotorbike.com.
• Participants: Individuals over the age of 18 who meet the requirements set out in these terms and conditions.
• Exclusions: Employees of ROTOR and its subsidiaries, official distributors and anyone involved in organising the giveaway. Purchasers who return their purchase (in whole or in part) are excluded.

The participation period will be from 15 December 2025 to 30 April 2026 (both inclusive).

• All persons who purchase a ROTOR UNO wireless electronic groupset on the website www.rotorbike.com during the specified period will automatically be entered into the giveaway. ROTOR UNO wireless electronic groupsets for gravel bikes, MTBs and combinations thereof are valid.
• Each valid purchase equals one entry.
• ROTOR may request proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) to validate the entry.
• Cancelled or returned purchases will be excluded.

• Single prize: Gravel bike (Size M) equipped with ROTOR carbon frame, ALDHU Carbon cranks, INspider Road power meter and ROTOR UNO Gravel Wireless Electronic Groupset.
• Approximate value: €6,000.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.
• Shipping costs will be covered by ROTOR.

• The draw will take place on 30 June 2026 by random selection from among the valid entries.
• One winner and [3] alternates will be chosen.
• ROTOR will contact the winner by email, or by phone if indicated on their customer file, within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of the giveaway.
• The winner must respond within 7 calendar days. If they fail to do so, the alternate will be contacted in the same manner and will also have the same period of time to respond, and so on until the third alternate. If none of the winners can be contacted within the terms and deadlines indicated, the giveaway will be deemed void and terminated.

• The prize will be sent to the address provided by the winner within a maximum period of 30 days after validation.
• ROTOR is not responsible for delivery incidents due to causes beyond the company's control.

The prize is subject to applicable tax regulations. ROTOR will make the corresponding deductions and issue the necessary certificates.

The winner authorises the publication of their name and, where applicable, image on ROTOR's official channels (website and social media) to communicate the result of the draw. They also agree to share images of the bicycle's delivery with ROTOR.

ROTOR reserves the right to exclude fraudulent entries and cancel the giveaway due to force majeure.

Participation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
