They give you the performance of a classic road crank with the time gains associated with an aerodynamic crank. Thanks to their focus, stiffness and functionality the FLOW cranks have managed to catch up and even beat other 100% aero cranks. Stiffer than any aero crank on the market, the FLOW allows us to gain up to six seconds in a 40km time trial.
