They feature an innovative modular system that allows you to upgrade your cranks without the need to replace the entire set. Choose your spindle based on your chainline and don't worry if you change bikes later, you can upgrade just by replacing any of the components.

The chainrings have universal teeth (Universal Tooth), and are compatible with Shimano® and SRAM® 11 and 12-speed groupsets, ensuring a perfect mesh between the chain and the chainring, and reducing the risk of chain slippage on uneven terrain.

In addition, if health and/or performance are important to you, Q RINGS oval chainrings should be your choice over round chainrings. They will allow you to pedal more efficiently, making the most of the power developed during your pedaling. You will improve traction on uneven terrain, while reducing stress on your knees, resulting in healthier pedaling.
